User Research Reports & Toplines
Product Finder Report
After the Brooks Bra Finder launched, I conducted user research to understand the experience of the user with the live product. We looked to understand if the Bra Finder is fulfilling the needs and expectations of our users. This research generated insights not only about the usability of the product, but also our user’s entire experience (do they understand the information, do they trust the recommendation, are they more motivated to purchase, etc).
Product Launch Topline
Brooks launched a campaign a year ago, using an impactful statement in an attempt to draw sports bra wearing runners into the story. Simultaneously, Brooks launched a new collection of Run Bras, using new technology to provide the best support possible for runners. Both of these campaigns required strong comprehension from the user to understand the benefits. Do runners understand what Brooks is trying to communicate? Is that message resonating with them?
PCP Benchmark Reporte
Before the Web Refresh team begins the design sprint process for PCP (product category pages), I conducted research to understand the experience of the user with products. The goal of this research was to generate insights not only about the usability of the product, but also our user’s entire experience (how do they want to sort or search for the product they want, what motivates them to move to a PDP, etc). We can use the gathered insights to refine the product if necessary while it is still in its infancy.
